The Embassy translates to English the following documents: extract of civil status (Ikhraj Kayd), Lebanese I.D. card, Passport, judicial record, driver license, birth, marriage, divorce and death certificate.Please note that all civil documents must be authenticated before by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Please provide the following documents:

• Original document and copy
• A letter showing the spelling of the names
• $80 money order payable to the Embassy of Lebanon
• Stamped, self-addressed envelope
